The Chaos Army Congress

Howdy Chaos

Another part of the #Chaos2014 Initiative, Chaos will be installing the “Congress”.

What is the Congress? The Congress is a way for Chaos Leaders to pass laws, and the soldiers get to vote on the laws. These laws can be stated by the leaders, or the Chaos soldiers can call on laws to be past.

Who can vote on these laws? Currently enlisted soldiers, including leaders. However, the person who called the law to be voted upon cannot vote for his law.

When is the congress? There would be no way to get troops on from all the different timezones.  I was hoping that soldiers could comment their thoughts on each of the laws. If we find a chat debate to be easier, then we can switch to the chat.
